RADNORSHIRE PUBS and HERITAGE PUBS

Fourteen Radnorshire pubs and hotels are listed as buildings of special historical or architectural merit.
All are listed Grade II except the Radnorshire Arms Hotel, Presteigne which is Grade II*.
According to the CAMRA database of historic pub interiors, in Rhayader the Royal Lion (no real ale) is described as a pub of national importance and the Triangle is a pub of regional importance.
One further Radnorshire pub worth mentioning The Greyhound, Llangunllo.
A very traditional pub providing a pub experience sometimes lost in the modern world.
