Saturday 06/07/2024 four Radnorshire CAMRA members shared Chris's car and went to the Seven Stars at Aberedw. This community "Buy out" opened in 2019. It was a sadly 'normal' summer day, so we were glad the fire was burning in the background. No-one else was seated in the place, but a few locals passed through during the afternoon. Beer choice was, Wye Valley Butty Bach or HPA. These are regulars, there are no changing beers. Peter, who oversees the place, has been a Radnorshire CAMRA member for years, so no surprise that the beers were in excellent condition. It is a nice olde worlde beamed pub with lots of atmosphere. No TV or music to distract us, so we spent the time happily chatting. Bar staff were as friendly as always, a lot of them live in the village or vicinity. Lunch time sandwiches were available to order, Chris. had bacon, I had sausage and Dave D. had a bacon and sausage combined.
